Before You Email
The fastest answer to most questions is already on the Marketplace. Quick links:
- Account-related — your Dashboard has purchase history, downloads, license keys, and saved payment methods (managed by our payment processor).
- Refund timing — see Refund Policy for windows and decisions.
- What can I do with my License? — see Terms of Service, Section 10, or the License terms on each Product listing.
- Community Q&A — many practical questions get answered fast in our Community Forum.
Response Times
SoseCore is operated by a small independent team. We aim for the response windows in the table above on regular business days (Monday–Friday). Around weekends and major holidays, replies may take longer — but every message gets a personal answer eventually. We don't auto-close tickets.
If your situation is urgent (security disclosure, account compromise, suspected fraud on your card), please put "URGENT" in the subject line. We monitor for those.
Where We Are
SoseCore is run by Sergey Babayan, an independent sole trader (Individual Entrepreneur) based in Yerevan, Republic of Armenia. Working hours are roughly 09:00–19:00 Yerevan time (GMT+4), Monday through Friday. Tax registration and full legal entity details are available upon written request from business, regulatory, or law-enforcement partners.
We don't have a physical storefront — the Marketplace is online-only. If you need a postal address for legal service or compliance documentation, request one via email and we'll provide it.
